BACAR Constructors Awarded an Excellence in Construction® Eagle
On November 4, 2021, BACAR Constructors were awarded an Excellence in Construction® Eagle for Edison at Riverwood in the category of Residential: Multifamily & Condominium under $100M.
Given annually by Associated Builders and Contractors Greater Tennessee Chapter, the Excellence in Construction® award program honors innovative, top-quality construction projects and safety programs. Entries are judged by an independent panel of industry experts who score each project in areas such as complexity, attractiveness, unique challenges overcome, completion time, workmanship, innovation, and safety.
The 352 units of Edison at Riverwood consist of 1 – 3 bedroom apartments with multiple pools, private dining patios, a fitness center, yoga studio, and a community gaming room. Additional amenities include carports, attached and detached garages, electric car charging stations, a private car wash and detail station, a playground, an automated package room, and a gated dog park.
