October Homes Apartments | Madison, Tennessee
Construction has started on October Homes apartments, a one hundred and four (104)unit complex in Madison, Tennessee. This project is being constructed for First Cumberland Properties. The complex has both garden style as well as multi-story apartment buildings along with a community/clubhouse building.

U.S. Army Corps Mobile District Office | Fort Hood, Texas
BACAR Constructors, Inc. is currently working for the US Army Corps Mobile District Office on the construction of four medical buildings at Ft. Hood, Texas. The project consists of a Marriage Counseling Clinic, Family Advocacy Program Clinic, Pain Counseling Clinic and a Chiropractic Clinic. All four buildings are expected ready for turnover in late June of this year.

Rosewood Place | Selmer, Tennessee
Grading and site work is underway for the Rosewood Place apartments in Selmer, Tennessee. This sixty-four (64) unit complex consists of three apartment buildings, along with a clubhouse and a swimming pool. This project is being built for Rosewood Place L.P. and a mid-fall turnover is expected.

Outpatient Imaging Affiliates | Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
BACAR Constructors, Inc. is designing and building a medical imaging facility in E. Norriton, PA in the greater Philadelphia area for Outpatient Imaging Affiliates. This 8,000 square foot building will have MR, CT as well as Mamography and X-ray capabilities in a comfortable out-patient setting. Project turn over is expected by mid-June.

Vine Hill Towers | Nashville, Tennessee
A complete renovation is underway on Vine Hill Towers in Nashville, Tennessee. This ten story structure was built in 1967 and is owned by MDHA – Metropolitan Development Housing Authority. The facility consists of 147 units of affordable housing contained on seven floors. The three common area floors are also being renovated as part of this project. A mid-fall completion is planned.
