Sherwood Forest Apartments
Construction has started on the Sherwood Forest Apartments, a seventy (70) unit apartment complex for the elderly in Smyrna Tennessee. This project is being constructed for Smyrna Housing Partners and is the second project that BACAR Constructors has done for this owner. The thirty-five (35) one bedroom and thirty-five (35) two bedroom are arranged in eleven (11) buildings along with a clubhouse/office building.

Wyndham Nashville Time Share Resort
Construction has begun on the improvements to the Wyndham Nashville Time Share Resort. The project consists of upgrading the siding on 14 buildings and the interior renovation of 96 units. The project is being constructed for Wyndham Vacation Resorts.
