Bill Godwin | Sr. Project Manager
Bill Godwin currently serves as Senior Project Manager for BACAR, having joined the company in 1986. He serves on the National Education Committee of the Design Build Institute of America (DBIA), is a Certified DBIA Professional and travels throughout the country as a DBIA Professional Instructor. Bill is a past board member of the Associated Builders & Contractors.

Bill served as an Estimator and Project Engineer for Brasfield & Gorrie, Inc. in Birmingham, Alabama. He is a graduate of Auburn University, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Science from Auburn’s College of Architecture, Design and Construction.


Diane Gillespie | Secretary-Treasurer
Dianne Gillespie currently serves as Secretary-Treasurer for BACAR having joined the company in 1984 after serving in various financial roles with J.D. Mullican, Inc. for 18 years.

Dianne serves on the board of Morningstar Sanctuary for abused women and children and is a past member of the Wilson County YoungLife committee. She is a past President of the Middle Tennessee Construction Financial Management Association and served three years on the CFMA’s National Executive Committee.
