Since 1985, BACAR Constructors, Inc. has grown from a local Nashville construction company specializing in tenant build-out to a full-service Design-Build general contractor with a national reputation and a portfolio of completed projects from Middle Tennessee to California and New England.

From its beginning, BACAR has made three major commitments that form the cornerstone of our corporate structure:

• Developing and maintaining a workforce of highly qualified individuals who tirelessly
  strive toward a common goal of project success.
• Incorporating innovative design and construction methods in order to improve our
  project deliveries.

• Over 90 percent of our work is negotiated; much of it with repeat clients. BACAR
