BACAR teamed with Cumberland Advisors, LLC to build Phase I of the Dover Centre a 225,000 square foot, Class A office park in Cool Springs, one of Franklin, Tennessee's fastest growing business districts. Phase I consisted of three, two-story buildings, situated around a lush courtyard. Dover Centre is the corporate home for major healthcare, real estate and financial firms.
